# Follow-up Drafter

Creates natural, high-signal follow-up messages after meetings, calls, emails, or deals that went quiet.

## When to use

- After a meeting or call
- When a conversation went silent
- When you need to re-engage without sounding pushy
- After sending a proposal or important email

## Required inputs and access

**Inputs (required)**
- Context for the follow-up: who, last contact, what was discussed, and the desired outcome.
- Optional: tone (professional, warm, direct, light) and channel (email, LinkedIn, CRM).

**Access**
- None for drafting.
- Email / CRM only if the Bot should look up the thread. Draft only. Never send without a fresh approval.

If context is missing, ask one question instead of inventing facts.

## Steps

1. Understand the context: what was discussed, last contact, desired outcome.
2. Choose the right tone (professional, warm, direct, or light).
3. Write a short follow-up that:
   - References the previous conversation specifically
   - Adds clear value or a next step
   - Makes it easy to reply
4. Offer 2–3 length/tone variants when useful.
5. Flag anything that needs personal judgment before sending.

## How to validate

- The recommended draft references a specific detail from the prior conversation.
- It includes one clear, easy next step.
- Nothing was sent.
- If context is missing, ask one question instead of inventing facts.

## Always ask for approval when

- Sending the message
- Mentioning money, contracts, or sensitive commitments

## Expected output

**Recommended follow-up**
[ready-to-send message]

**Alternatives** (optional)
- Shorter version
- Warmer version
